BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Partnerships to advise clients on partnership tax implications, allocations, and TRA calculations. You will lead in-depth analyses, supervise teams, and drive business development within the partnerships group.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic thinking, and client relationship management, with opportunities to influence tax strategy and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation is preferred.
• CPA/EA/Attorney type credentials are preferred or required in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor associates, managers and senior associates on tax projects.
• Lead partnership tax planning and compliance engagements.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Participate in business development and marketing for the practice.
