Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior Manager, Partner Led Channel & Growth Operations to drive the AMS PLC initiative, partner enablement, and strategic growth support across AMS regions. You will align Global Ops with local needs, define processes, and enable leaders to scale the new business model.

You will oversee Canada Sales Operations, forecast accuracy, deal coaching, pipeline analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational discipline and growth execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales operations, sales management, or business operations.
• 2+ years directly supporting sales leaders or strategic teams as a business partner.
• Experience launching or scaling new business models or sales motions.
• Deep expertise in sales forecasting, deal review processes, and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven growth opportunities.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Global Ops alignment: Partner with Global Operations to understand PLC operating model and translate it to AMS context.
• Systems & process definition: Define data flows, deal routing, partner hierarchy, and operational workflows.
• New leader enablement: Support PLC leader with onboarding and scaling plans in AMS.
• Operational roadmap: Assist PLC launch/ramp plan, specify system configurations and staffing needs.
• Cross-org coordination: Coordinate with Data & Systems, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Canada Sales Ops: Forecasting discipline, deal reviews, pipeline intelligence, and QBR support.
