Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or related field.
• Extensive actuarial/data & analytics experience in property & casualty.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a demanding environment.
• Advanced analytical skills for client-oriented problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Oversee delivery portfolio of insurance consulting projects in P&C actuarial practice.
• Lead client interactions and maintain strong relationships with portfolios.
• Review colleagues’ work for accuracy and quality across proposals and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop junior staff on project teams.
