Responsabilidades

• Own BetterHelp’s organic brand and distribution strategy across social, creators, partnerships, community, and long‑form content.
• Develop an audience‑first distribution model and translate strategy into platform native programs.
• Lead owned social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Lead creator and influencer strategy with long‑term relationships.
• Build relationships with creators, communities, and partners aligned with the mission.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and testing across platforms.
• Develop strategy for long‑form and search‑driven content (YouTube, podcasts, SEO).
• Lead planning for organic brand activations and cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliant content across markets.
• Mentor a growing team and manage budgets with external partners.
