Job summary

Neighborly, the hub of service brands, is seeking a Social Media Manager, Organic to join the Creative Services team in a full-time role. You will develop engaging content, publish across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile, and tailor outputs for multi-location franchise brands.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Manager to maintain brand voice, monitor performance, engage audiences, and optimize posting calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing multiple social accounts or brands.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video, graphics, carousels, and social copy.
• Experience with social publishing, scheduling, community management, and post-level performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas within established pillars and identify gaps using trends and performance data.
• Create and edit social-first content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profile.
• Repurpose assets into platform-specific formats for campaigns.
• Manage posting, scheduling, and QA across accounts and adjust calendars per direction.
• Monitor engagement metrics and derive insights to inform strategy.
• Monitor comments and messages and engage according to guidelines.
• Distribute national content for franchise locations while maintaining brand consistency.
