Job summary

BetterHelp is hiring a Senior Manager, Social and Creator Marketing to lead our organic brand presence and distribution across owned and earned channels. You’ll own the strategy for attention, relevance, and community across social, creators, partnerships, and long-form content, turning brand ideas into scalable programs.

You’ll manage creator relationships, identify new opportunities, and build an international distribution approach while collaborating with Brand, Creative, PR, and Growth

Qualifications

• Experienced brand marketer and content distribution strategist to lead organic brand presence.
• Owns strategy for attention, relevance, community across owned and earned channels.
• Able to translate brand strategy into channel-specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Own BetterHelp’s organic brand and distribution strategy across social, creators, partnerships, community, long-form content, PR amplification and emerging channels.
• Build an audience-first distribution model identifying where audiences spend time and how they share content.
• Turn brand strategy into channel strategy with distinctive platform-native programs.
• Develop the organic amplification strategy for major brand moments with cross-team collaboration.
• Lead owned social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Lead creator/influencer strategy as core organic channel and develop long-term partnerships.
• Build relationships with creators and communities aligned with BetterHelp’s mission.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and test new platforms and formats.
• Develop long-form and search-driven brand content strategy including YouTube and podcasts.
• Create international organic distribution strategy with localized approaches.
• Plan organic brand activations, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate organic with paid and earned to maintain a consistent brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Growth and Paid Social to inform paid with organic insights.
• Develop measurement frameworks for organic brand impact and engagement.
• Manage and mentor a growing team and budgets across creators and partnerships.
