• Establish strategies that improve quality, labor efficiency, throughput, and cycle time.
• Drive resolution of escalations, line-down events, and cross-functional issues.
• Support global manufacturing sites through standardization and technical leadership.
• Lead readiness activities for new product introductions following the release process.
