Job summary

Lam Research in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Sr. Mgr, Logistics to lead daily operations, drive process improvements, and manage budgets across warehousing and supply chain activities. You will oversee a team and coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Product Development to optimize systems and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with work safety and environmental regulations.
Manage daily operations, projects, and team performance, including career development and performance reviews.
Act as liaison between Lam Logistics and internal/external customers to drive process improvements and service level enhancements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to operational SLAs, KPIs, SOX compliance, quality standards, and ISO governance.
Serve as the point of escalation for Tualatin warehousing and resupply operations.
Forecast and manage logistics warehousing budgets in alignment with Finance and executive management.
