This full-time role operates in a hybrid on-site model (3 days/week) from Northbrook or Chicago, aligning with Controllership goals and ensuring robust financial reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Strong understanding of financial close and reporting processes.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, IT, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support and continuously improve Oracle EPM applications used by Accounting and Finance teams.
• Partner with end users, IT and external support providers to evaluate processes and design improvements.
• Identify process gaps, design solutions and drive scalable EPM enhancements.
