Accenture's Oracle practice seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Senior Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing and supply chain transformation programs within the Biotech/Biopharma industry. You will drive strategy, design, and implementation across manufacturing, quality, inventory, and planning functions.

You will mentor teams, manage client engagement delivery, and work with executives to align operations with FDA/GxP regulations and global standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of Consulting and Industry experience.
• Minimum of 7 years experience leading Oracle Manufacturing implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing large consulting engagements, including leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
• Experience serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or biopharma clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Mansioni

• Lead Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and SCM transformation programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization.
• Serve as engagement lead for complex Oracle Cloud implementations within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and life sciences organizations.
• Develop target operating models aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Advise executive stakeholders on manufacturing modernization, digital transformation, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Manage project scope, budget, delivery risks, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and executive steering committee meetings.
