Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in the Life Sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing space. You will drive ERP strategy, design and delivery for SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion, collaborating across business functions to align planning and execution.

Travel up to 75% to client sites, mentor teams, and shape solutions from roadmaps to operating models. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in life sciences tech and manufacturing, plus a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years experience in life sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements in MedTech ERP strategy, design and delivery.
Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery.
Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models.
Design and implement next-generation technology solutions.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SAP, Oracle, MES).
Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and best practices.
Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery.
Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, designs, and operating models.
Own client business development, RFPs and sales.
