Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Solution Architect at the Senior Manager level to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM design and delivery, ensuring alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture.

You will guide implementation initiatives, including requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, data migration, testing oversight, and post-go-live optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Guide requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, data migration and testing oversight.
• Provide architectural governance and coordinate cross-functional teams across HCM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Mentor team members and partner with senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
