Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Committee Engagement Specialist to manage Safety and Compliance Committee operations, maintain rosters, records, and onboarding, and ensure alignment with OPTN governance and HRSA oversight.

Reporting to the Director of Membership, the role emphasizes data management, accuracy, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and timely coordination of member appointments and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, public policy, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in policy compliance, operational coordination, healthcare processes, or committee/board management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate committee membership records, onboarding, and training status.
• Track COI logs and maintain records; coordinate with HRSA, OPTN contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate availability and deployment of HRSA-approved SMEs for site visits or reviews.
• Provide access to committee data, trackers, dashboards, and SOP documentation to the COR and stakeholders.
• Support committee meetings, member communications, and governance-aligned activities.
