• Experience managing programs with substantial technical complexity, investment, supplier dependencies, and organizational scope.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-year optical inspection and metrology product-development programs from concept to customer adoption.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, resource plans, and execution plans aligned with objectives.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, and finance.
