Qualifications

• 3+ years in wafer inspection or advanced packaging processes.
• Experience with optical inspection systems for semiconductors.
• Ability to develop/test validation plans and inspection recipes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for optical inspection systems in Semiconductor and Advanced Packaging applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive application and system-level test plans to validate performance against product specs.
• Develop, optimize, and validate inspection recipes to meet customer requirements and manufacturing use cases.
• Collaborate with customers to understand process challenges, defect mechanisms, and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and deployment.
• Analyze results, generate technical reports, and present findings to engineering, management, and customers.
• Support NPI activities including characterization, performance validation, beta testing, and evaluations.
• Provide technical training and application support to customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support onsite customer activities including tool evaluations, troubleshooting, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to product requirements, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of application development and validation results.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least 30%.
