Job summary

Strive Solutions seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead complex optical manufacturing programs from concept through full-scale production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver programs on time and within budget.

You will integrate optics, mechanics, and electronics, develop program plans and budgets, run risk management, and lead design reviews to ensure alignment and decisive progress.

Qualifications

• Strong technical program management experience in complex, multidisciplinary manufacturing environments.
• Ability to integrate hardware domains (optics, mechanics, electronics) and translate requirements into execution plans.
• Proficiency in budget/schedule development and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong risk management, review leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
