CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager, Cost & OpEx Planning to lead the OpEx plan and forecast across functions and vendors in the corporate Finance leadership team. You will partner with IT, Facilities, and P&C to manage budgets, forecasts, and variances, ensuring cost efficiency across the firm.

With 7–10 years in FP&A and strong Excel and planning tool experience (Adaptive/Anaplan), you will challenge senior budget owners and help build a scalable operating model.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in FP&A, cost management, or corporate finance, incl. 3 years owning a budget end-to-end with measurable savings.
• Experience analyzing vendor and accounts payable data from an ERP (SAP preferred).
• Experience at a professional services firm or a private equity-backed company; investment banking or consulting a plus.
• Strong Excel modeling; experience with a planning tool such as Adaptive or Anaplan.

Aufgaben

• Build and own the OpEx plan and forecast by function and vendor in Adaptive.
• Partner with heads of support functions on budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Map vendor spend to budget, track contract terms and renewals, and savings opportunities.
• Analyze operating model for cost efficiency across support functions.
• Develop cost initiatives with owners, timing, and expected savings; track benefits.
