Job summary

Coda Search Staffing is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Corporate FP&A to own the firmwide forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan. You will partner with the CFO and senior management to translate complex data into strategic insights and drive performance across the company.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years in FP&A or related fields, strong leadership, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, management reporting, corporate finance, or related field.
• Hands-on leadership of forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and public-company reporting processes.
• Track record of growing finance professionals with strong oversight.
• Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
• Strong analytical instincts and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Clear, compelling communicator to walk executives through complex issues and recommendations.
• Integrity, discretion with confidential information under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for firmwide forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning cycles.
• Advise CFO and senior leadership on performance, growth initiatives, and top priorities.
• Deliver data-driven reporting to senior management covering results, outlook, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly earnings processes including segment reviews and investor relations materials.
• Design financial models and scenario analyses linking activity to revenues, expenses, and earnings.
• Rigorize operating metrics such as fundraising, deployments, and KPIs with finance groups.
• Strengthen controls, data quality, and reporting through standardization and automation, coaching team members.
