PVcase seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for OpEx. You will own cost-center analysis, drive forecasts, and ensure TM1 remains the single source of truth while partnering with department leaders across the company.

You bring strong financial modeling, hands-on planning tool experience, and the confidence to challenge budget assumptions while translating numbers into actionable business narratives.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in finance with FP&A experience.
• End-to-end close/budget cycles and partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Tech/SaaS/scale-up background preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; TM1/Cognos a plus; Anaplan/Adaptive helpful.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; ACCA/CIMA/CFA or Master's is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own the FP&A OpEx close—analyzing variances and monthly packs.
• Own planning, trend analysis, and variance commentary for non-people OpEx.
• Track cost efficiency metrics and TM1 mapping; ensure NetSuite alignment.
• Lead annual OpEx budget cycles and reforecasts.
• Build driver-based forecasting models and Long-Range Planning scenarios.
• Consolidate OpEx, workforce, and revenue forecasts in TM1; support leadership.
• Drive reporting automation and refine Google Sheets dashboards; streamline cycles.
