Job summary

PVcase is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end OpEx planning, reporting, and forecasting. You will own cost-center analysis, drive forecast consolidation, and ensure TM1 maps to NetSuite while partnering with department leaders.

You will build driver-based models, support LRPs, and challenge budget assumptions with actionable insights. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience with TM1/Cognos, Anaplan, or Adaptive are required. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in finance with 2-3+ years in FP&A.
• Experience owning end-to-end close/budget cycles and partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
• Tech, SaaS, or scale-up background preferred.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the OpEx close, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
• Lead OpEx budget cycles and Long-Range Planning (LRP).
• Maintain TM1 mapping and automate reporting.
• Partner with department heads to provide actionable insights.
