Job summary

McKesson is actively seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Intelligence to lead the Data and Insights Pod within the Operations Digital Strategy group.

You will build and operate analytics infrastructure, governance, and reporting that power AI, automation, and data-driven decisions across CMM Operations. You will manage analysts and collaborate with Finance and external vendors to deliver high quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of data analytics/BI experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience creating governance structures and decision logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data and Insights Pod and guide analytics teams across Ops.
• Support the Ops Automation and Efficiency steering forum meetings.
• Establish a shared definition for digital workload measurement across CMM.
• Reconcile automation savings with Finance and Ops Design; present findings to leadership.
• Ensure data quality and reliable pipelines in the intelligence layer.
• Collaborate with external vendors on data architecture and delivery quality.
• Develop and mentor team members and succession plans.
