Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Intelligence to lead the Data and Insights Pod within the Operations Digital Strategy group. You will build analytics infrastructure, governance, and reporting for AI and data-driven decisions across CMM Operations.

The role oversees the data foundation and partners with Finance and external vendors while guiding a team of analysts and developing talent across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 9+ years in data analytics, BI, or data strategy with at least 1 year in people leadership.
Experience building governance structures like steering forums, decision logs, and prioritization frameworks.
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau with data modeling and finance-grade reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data and Insights Pod and manage a team with required analytics skills.
Support the Ops Automation and Efficiency steering forum and Digital Strategy meetings.
Drive organization-wide data workload measurement and a shared definition.
Oversee efficiency savings reporting and reconcile results with Finance and Ops Design.
