Job summary
McKesson in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations Intelligence within CoverMyMeds to lead the Data and Insights Pod, building analytics infrastructure, governance, and reporting that power AI and data-driven decisions across operations.
You will manage a team of analysts, collaborate with Finance and external vendors, and drive measurement, data quality, and delivery of pipelines in a regulated healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of progressive data analytics experience with at least 1 year in people leadership.
- Experience building governance structures and steering forums.
- Proficiency in at least one BI platform (Power BI or Tableau) and finance-grade reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data and Insights Pod — managing a team with needed analytics skills.
- Assist the Ops Automation and Efficiency steering forum and related Digital Strategy meetings.
- Drive organization-wide digital workload measurement with a shared definition.
- Manage efficiency savings reporting and present findings to leadership.
- Oversee data quality and pipeline availability across the intelligence layer.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure data architecture and pipeline delivery quality.
- Develop and guide team members' development plans.
