Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a Sr. Manager, Operations Intelligence to lead the Data and Insights Pod within the Operations Digital Strategy group.

You will guide analytics infrastructure, governance, and reporting for AI, automation, and data-driven decisions across CMM Operations, overseeing a team of analysts and collaborating with Finance and external vendors. The role emphasizes data architecture, pipeline delivery, and ensuring data quality across the business, with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
9+ years in data analytics, BI, or data strategy with leadership experience.
Experience building governance structures and steering forums.
Experience producing finance-grade reporting approved by Finance.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data and Insights Pod and manage a team of analysts.
Support the Ops Automation and Efficiency steering forum and Digital Strategy meetings.
Drive integrated data workload measurement across the organization.
Oversee data quality, pipelines, and availability of intelligence layer data.
