Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Supply Chain leadership team. You will lead planning, forecasting and analysis across the global network, translating data into actionable strategies to optimize costs and performance.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive self-service reporting and dashboards to empower operations with timely insights and decision-ready commentary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A; experience supporting supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing team members and partnering with senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, plus hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (Oracle or similar) and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong financial planning and analysis experience with the ability to support global supply chain, logistics, service and operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the global supply chain network, including procurement, installation, transportation logistics and service.
• Translate complex logistics data into actionable financial strategies to optimize landed costs and network efficiency.
• Provide executive-ready commentary and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
