Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with our Supply Chain leadership and drive financial planning across the global network, including procurement, installation, transportation, and service.

You will translate complex logistics data into actionable financial strategies, support monthly close and executive-level reporting, and help leaders optimize landed costs while improving network efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or operations preferred.
• Experience leading teams and partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across global supply chain network.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive insights and business decisions.
• Translate logistics data into actionable financial strategies optimizing landed costs and network efficiency.
• Provide monthly close analytics, deck preparation and executive commentary for total operations reporting.
