Life Fitness is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as the primary finance partner to our global Supply Chain leadership.

The role leads planning, forecasting and analysis for procurement, installation, transportation logistics and service, translating data into actionable strategies to optimize landed costs and network efficiency. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FP&A with supply chain exposure, strong Excel modeling, ERP/BI skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A with exposure to supply chain/logistics/operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong Excel modeling and ERP/BI skills.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $109,400 - $153,800 annually.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
