Job summary

Relate Search is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations, Americas to drive operational excellence across Latin America, Canada and the Caribbean. This hands-on leadership role will strengthen restaurant performance, partner with franchisees, and build scalable operating capabilities across multiple international markets.

You will work with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to guide growth and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive multi-unit or regional operations experience in QSR/restaurants or related multi-site consumer environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus.

What You'll Do

Relate Search has partnered with a leading, high-growth global restaurant brand in its search for a Senior Manager, Operations, Americas to help drive operational excellence and continued expansion across Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for strengthening restaurant performance, developing franchise partners, and building scalable operating capabilities across multiple international markets. Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams, this individual will lead operational improvement initiatives, support new market entries, and help build the systems and teams needed to support significant growth across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across multiple international markets, establishing consistent operating standards, performance routines, and scalable processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and restaurant performance.
• Partner closely with franchise partners and restaurant leadership through in-market visits, coaching, training, and performance management to strengthen operational capabilities and protect brand standards.
• Lead operational planning and execution for new market entries and restaurant openings, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and building capabilities for successful market expansion.
• Use P&L metrics, operational KPIs, guest insights, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, improve restaurant economics, and translate regional strategy into measurable field-level results.
• Build and develop operations excellence and new market entry capabilities while partnering across Operations, Finance, Quality, Training, Development, and other functions to execute regional growth priorities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive multi-unit or regional operations experience within QSR, restaurants, foodservice, hospitality, or another highly relevant multi-site consumer environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese language capabilities are a plus.
• Proven experience leading and influencing franchisees, business partners, or multi-unit operators, with the ability to coach teams and drive performance without relying solely on direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen, project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and priorities.
