First Merchants Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Management to lead and provide independent oversight of the bank's ORM program across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders to strengthen risk practices and monitor exposures, fostering a risk-aware culture that supports strategic objectives.

This role requires eight years in risk with ORM experience, strong governance, and the ability to mentor the ORM team within a large financial institution in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or related field.
• At least eight years in banking operations or risk disciplines, with 3+ years in ORM/ERM.
• Experience leading risk programs and governance activities is a plus.
