• Bachelor's degree required, related fields accepted.
• Minimum 8 years in banking operations or risk disciplines, with 3+ years in ORM/ERM oversight or internal audit.
• Experience leading risk programs, governance activities, and risk assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the ORM framework to align with regulatory expectations and risk appetite.
• Provide independent oversight and credible challenge of operational risks across the enterprise.
• Chair the Operational Risk Committee and guide governance and escalation processes.
• Promote a strong risk culture and partner with leaders to identify emerging risks.
• Oversee KI program design, governance, and documentation.
