Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or scrum methodologies preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational readiness for MWB initiatives.
