Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Manager - Operations Readiness to lead the Operations Readiness function within MWB Business Operations. You will own end-to-end readiness for operational initiatives, ensuring processes, roles, performance measures, and support models are defined and scalable.

Collaborate with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management and Training to ensure initiatives are sound and adopted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead an extended process development and readiness team, including direct and dotted-line contributors.
• Partner with Operations Innovation and Technology teams, operational leaders, Change Management, and Training to shape end-to-end operational readiness for MWB initiatives.
• Represent Operations throughout the full initiative and change lifecycle, including designing, governing, and improving intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes.
• Define change impact, scope, and prioritization across affected teams and processes; gather and document end-to-end operational requirements.
• Drive standardization, clarity, and simplification across MWB operational processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
