The role partners with Operations Innovation, Technology, and Training to ensure operational soundness, readiness for deployment, and successful adoption across MWB teams, while driving improvement and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Designing, governing, and continuously improving intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for operational initiatives and change requests.
• Assessing operational value, feasibility, dependencies, and alignment to the enterprise roadmap.
• Defining change impact, scope, and prioritization across affected teams and processes.
• Gathering, documenting, and validating end-to-end operational process requirements.
