Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Readiness within MWB Business Operations to lead the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for initiatives, ensuring processes, roles, KPIs, and support models are defined and scalable.

You will collaborate with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure initiatives are sound, deployed, and adopted across MWB teams, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness lifecycle for MWB initiatives.
• Partner with Operations Innovation and Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure readiness.
• Define change impact, scope, and prioritization; gather and validate requirements.
• Drive readiness measurement, sign-off activities, and post-implementation optimization.
