CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations Readiness to lead the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for MWB initiatives. You will partner with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to design, prepare, and embed changes into day-to-day execution across the MWB organization.

You will own process requirements, KPIs, and readiness criteria, mentor a skills-driven team, and drive continuous improvement after go-live to ensure sustained operational readiness and value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations readiness, process management, business operations, or organizational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Readiness function and end-to-end readiness lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training teams to shape and deliver readiness for MWB initiatives.
• Define operational performance measures, KPIs, and readiness success criteria.
• Drive issue resolution, stabilization, and continuous optimization post-implementation.
• Represent Operations throughout the initiative design and execution lifecycle.
