Pfizer Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to lead analytics for the Oncology franchise. You will track brand performance, market share, and patient segments, translating data into actionable narratives for brand teams and senior leadership.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization skills, and experience with secondary data sources. You will collaborate across a matrix organization and leverage AI tools to drive faster insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in biopharma commercial analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and automation.
• Direct experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to design decision-oriented dashboards.
• Comfort with AI tools in daily analytics work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for the Oncology portfolio across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Leverage IQVIA, Symphony Health, and other data sources to surface trends and inform brand strategy decisions.
• Translate analyses into clear business narratives for brand teams and leadership.
• Maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and ensure timely, accurate metrics.
