Pfizer Inc. is seeking a seasoned Global Commercial Analytics professional to lead performance analytics within the Oncology Precision Medicine portfolio. You will turn IQVIA, claims, and other data into strategic recommendations and partner with senior leaders across brand and franchise teams.

Qualifications

8+ years in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, or related field.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline.
Prior oncology brand or precision medicine analytics experience is preferred.
Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills with vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction of performance reporting for precision medicine brands across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
Lead analysis using secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, claims, specialty pharmacy) to inform brand strategy.
Guide analysis by patient segments and subnational patterns to explain market dynamics and prescribing behavior.
Oversee enterprise reporting infrastructure and ensure data quality, anomalies detection, and timely insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with other analytic teams to standardize methodology and expand data sources, including data science and AI capabilities.
