Job summary

Pfizer Global Commercial Analytics is seeking a senior analytics leader for Oncology Precision Medicine. You will own performance analytics for precision medicine brands, integrating IQVIA, claims, and specialty data to inform strategy and launches.

You will partner with senior leaders across brand, franchise, and commercial teams. You will guide analyses by biomarker status, line of therapy, and patient segments, ensuring data integrity and driving clear narratives for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of performance reporting for the precision medicine brands across cadences.
• Direct the use of secondary data sources to identify trends and inform brand strategy decisions.
• Guide analyses by patient segments to explain market dynamics and prescribing behavior.
• Oversee subnational analytics to surface geographic variation and share insights proactively.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadership and align on methodology and reporting standards.
