Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Analytics & Insights to support the Oncology franchise.

This role owns end-to-end performance reporting, analyzes brand demand, market share, and biomarker-defined segments, and translates insights into strategic narratives for brand teams and senior leadership. You will leverage secondary data sources to surface trends, identify opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions in a complex matrixed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline; Master's preferred.
6+ years in biopharma or commercial analytics with strong SQL, BI and storytelling skills.
Experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty data).
Proficiency in data visualization tools and ability to build decision-oriented dashboards.
Comfort with AI tools and working in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end performance reporting for Oncology portfolio including sales, TRx, market share.
Analyze data by patient segments and subnational levels to reveal trends and risks.
Translate insights into clear narratives for brand teams and leadership.
Maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and ensure accuracy of breast cancer metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, data science, and market access stakeholders.
