Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights to lead end-to-end Oncology performance reporting, brand metrics, and subnational analyses. You will translate complex data into compelling narratives for brand teams and senior leaders.

You will leverage SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to deliver timely insights, maintain the LT dashboard, and collaborate across a matrixed organization in NYHQ and other US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years in biopharma commercial analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with IQVIA, Symphony Health, or similar sources.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to tell concise business stories from data.
• Comfort with AI tools in daily analytics and a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end performance reporting for Oncology portfolio across cadence.
• Analyze brand metrics, market share, and biomarker-based segments.
• Translate insights into actionable narratives for brand teams and leaders.
• Support LT Dashboard development and enterprise reporting standards.
• Validate outputs and proactively identify data anomalies.
