Pfizer is seeking a senior analytics leader in the Global Commercial Analytics group to drive performance analytics for oncology precision medicine brands. You will partner with executives to shape reporting, manage secondary data sources, and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, subnational insights, and advancement of analytics capabilities including AI tools like Claude.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s preferred in a quantitative discipline.
• Prior oncology brand or pharma analytics experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic direction of performance reporting for assigned precision medicine brands across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences; build ahead for launches.
• Direct the use of secondary data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; tie data signals to brand strategy decisions.
• Guide analysis around patient segments to explain disease characteristics and treatment patterns shaping market dynamics.
• Oversee subnational analytics to identify geographic variation and surface insights proactively.
• Ensure integrity of enterprise reporting infrastructure (e.g., Oncology LT Dashboard) and validate outputs.
• Translate insights into compelling recommendations for senior leadership; identify evolving trends and commercial implications.
• Collaborate with other GCA teams to standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting; engage with data science and vendor partners.
