Senior Manager of Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Infrastructure to lead and evolve the company’s enterprise IT infrastructure environment. This is a key leadership position responsible for the strategy, reliability, security, and scalability of infrastructure supporting both corporate operations and manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically while still being comfortable getting into the technical details when needed. You’ll make important architectural decisions, lead a talented infrastructure team, drive modernization, and ensure the companies technology environment can support continued growth. What You’ll Do

• Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure professionals.
  • Build technical capability, accountability, and succession within the team.
  • Own and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Align infrastructure investments with business priorities, risk, security, and future growth.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of network, server, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Establish and improve IT Service Management practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Participate in major technology implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaboration & Technical Leadership
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to turn operational needs into scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and outages.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Improve infrastructure reliability, monitoring, security, and overall service delivery.
  • Work closely with teams supporting manufacturing and distributed operations.
• Vendor & Financial Management
  • Manage infrastructure budgets and technology investments.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Evaluate technology providers and make recommendations based on performance, cost, and business needs.
  • Negotiate SLAs, contracts, and vendor performance expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing infrastructure strategy.
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure architecture and modernization.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distributed operations, or 24/7 environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft hybrid environments, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Azure Intune, Exchange.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies and tools such as Rubrik, Palo Alto, Cisco, SolarWinds, and HPE is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead and develop both junior and senior technical professionals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Strong business acumen, including experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
