EliseAI is seeking a Senior Manager for New Verticals to drive the exploration, development, and launch of new products and market opportunities from zero to one. You will shape product direction and go-to-market strategies while coordinating with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams.

The role demands strategic thinking, deep market insight, and a proven track record of launching products or entering new markets in fast-moving tech environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles within high-growth tech startups or established technology companies.
• Proven success in leading new product launches or entering new markets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Autonomous and ownership-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Relentless focus on execution and delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities with thorough feasibility analyses, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market and Customer Success to ensure alignment and successful launches.
• Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to iterate on strategies.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Own accountability for product strategy outcomes and ensure milestones are met.
• Partner with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders to drive cohesive execution and attract top-tier talent.
