EliseAI seeks a Senior Associate on the New Verticals team to identify, incubate, launch, and scale new products and market opportunities from zero to one and one to ten. You will work directly with clients, manage projects, and collaborate with product, engineering, GTM, operations, and customer success teams.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong execution, with in-person work at our New York office 4-5 days a week and growth opportunities in a fast-scaling unicorn

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments.
• High performance ranking/marks in previous jobs.
• Strong analytical skills, able to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability.
• Evidence of entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Product, Eng, GTM, Ops, CS) to scale new products.
• Work directly with clients to analyze workflows and goals for successful launch.
• Monitor product performance, feedback, and market dynamics to drive feature development and GTM.
• Develop GTM strategies including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress against success metrics to ensure growth and adoption of new product lines.
