Job summary

PBS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Content Marketing Producer Management. Lead strategy and execution for national producer content across PBS digital platforms, focusing on discoverability, streaming performance, and value across evolving AI-driven ecosystems.

You will govern clips, metadata, and supporting assets, and ensure timely producer payments while protecting PBS investments. Lead a team and align cross-functional efforts with PBS Digital & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 6 years' experience in digital publishing, media production, or content marketing.
• 3-5 years' experience in program marketing or content production within media/agency/nonprofit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to manage complex workflows and high-volume communications.
• Experience collaborating across creative, technical, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage Content Marketing Strategy Plans and deliverables for national producer payments.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of clips, metadata, and assets for discoverability on AI-driven platforms.
• Lead content marketing strategy across the digital lifecycle from planning to sunsetting.
• Coordinate readiness during system transitions and platform updates.
• Manage a team of staff/contractors and align efforts with PBS goals.
• Collaborate across PBS Digital & Marketing and with organizational partners.
