PBS is seeking an Assistant Director, Production Management & Operations in Arlington, VA to partner with internal stakeholders, PBS member stations, and producers across multiplatform projects. The role centers on end-to-end production and production finance, offering exposure to development, contracting, and cross-departmental operational strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years in production coordination or similar.
• BS/BA in Film/TV/Digital Production or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel; experience with Monday.com.
• Experience with data management, reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support PMO Directors in coordinating production timelines and budgets.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with PBS departments, producers, and stations.
• Assist with contracts, payment schedules, and funder requirements.
• Represent PMO in cross-department meetings.
