Newrez LLC is seeking a Manager of Transaction Management for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. The position centers on managing and coordinating mortgage purchase, whole loan sale, and securitization transactions with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings 6–8 years in mortgage operations, strong diplomacy, and a deep understanding of secondary markets and investor guidelines. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field.
• 6–8 years mortgage industry experience.
• Ability to handle internal and external diplomacy and stakeholder perspectives.
• Knowledge of mortgage banking, secondary markets, whole loan transactions and securitizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction related functions with Sellers/Lenders, Investors, Broker Dealers, Vendors, and internal departments.
• Coordinate and support loan deliveries to whole loan investors and GSEs including data, loan files, and collateral.
• Manage loan review timelines with internal and external parties to ensure timely settlements and diligence reviews.
• Evaluate loan due diligence results, assess stipulations, and make loan disposition decisions.
• Provide reporting and analytics on trades, due diligence, and counterparties.
• Perform managerial duties including goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching.
