The Boeing Company is seeking a Mission Systems Sensors and Core Avionics Senior Manager in Berkeley, MO, to lead a team developing advanced avionics for national defense programs.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering with 5 years in leadership, PMBPs experience, and active security clearances. Expect onsite work, collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical) or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Currently a Manager or have previously held a manager position.
• Minimum 3 years applying Program Management Best Practices including project planning/scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in mission systems development and integration.

Responsabilités

• Leads individual contributors and first-level managers in RF, EO, and Core Avionics engineering activities.
• Drive programmatic execution for RF, EO, and Core Avionics; develop and communicate metrics and EVM reporting.
