Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, seeks a Product Security Engineering Senior Manager to lead an Anti-Tamper engineering team responsible for design and implementation of AT security solutions. This on-site leadership role requires a Top Secret clearance and emphasizes integrated program management across hardware, software, and cyber security domains.

The successful candidate will bring avionics or systems engineering experience, drive requirements, verification, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field.
• 5+ years’ engineering leadership in change/config/data management.
• Experience in avionics, cybersecurity, or cryptography preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads an engineering team of Anti-Tamper focused engineers.
• Oversee development of requirements, software implementation, and verification of solutions.
• Engages stakeholders to ensure program, customer, and government entities are integrated into development and status of programs.
• Optimizes team execution and applies lessons learned across the organization.
• Leads performance of team and support organizations.
• Mitigates risks and issues.
• Coordinates supplier technical quality and execution.
• Performs lab oversight as required.
• Leads investment projects related to AT development of products and services.
