Paul area is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable learning ecosystem for physician and internal clinical education across indications and technology platforms. You will translate complex procedural, scientific, and technical information into engaging curricula, lead cross-functional teams, and manage internal/external resources while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Instructional Design or related field.
• 10+ years in learning and development within healthcare, medical device, or life sciences.
• Experience designing scalable programs for physician and clinical audiences.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into educational solutions across formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and curriculum architecture across indications.
• Design scalable learning pathways integrating foundational knowledge, procedures, case-based learning, hands-on training, and competency assessment.
• Develop and maintain curriculum frameworks, governance, and content lifecycle management.
• Lead development of educational assets including e-learning, ILT, presentations, assessments, facilitator guides, and performance support tools.
• Design blended learning solutions addressing learner needs and business objectives.
• Partner with clinical experts to incorporate evidence and best practices into programs.
• Establish objectives, curricula maps, assessment strategies, and competency frameworks.
• Ensure curricula stay current with new indications, product releases, and evolving evidence.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via metrics, feedback, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership in adult learning and instructional design.
